Fairview Park was the brainchild of a group of very progressive church leaders with a great need. Since, 1918 was a time when African-Americans were unfortunately denied access to many public gathering places. But, because of the hard work of this dedicated group of Sunday School Superintendents, this peaceful rural setting was born and is known today as Fairview Park.
Help sustain the legacy and heritage of the African-Americans, who early on, established this great vision.
